Unity XR Developer

We are on the lookout for a Unity XR Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Unity and Object Orientated Programming (C#) and a passion for delivering high quality, scalable software solutions which will enhance the Luminous XR platform.

Technical Skills

Needed:

Unity programming experience
Object-orientated programming experience in C#
Experience of unit testing
AR / VR project experience
An understanding of UI and UX design within 3D environments
Experience of using source control tools such as Git or Plastic SCM

Nice to have:

Experience of working within an Agile (Scrum) development environment
3D graphics programming experience (basic OpenGL/Direct3D, understanding of the graphics pipeline)
Gesture Recognition (Kinect, leap etc)

Interview Process

The interview process will be made up of the following steps (we may adjust these depending individual circumstances or any required interview adjustments);

1. Review of candidate CVs and shortlisting.
2. Non-technical interview – meet a selection of the following: HR, CEO, CTO, Technical Product Owner, Product Design Lead.
3. Technical test allowing you to demonstrate some of the expected skills for the role
4. Final stage technical interview – meet a selection of our developers to discuss your approach to the tech test and some other technical questions relevant to the role
5. Decision <> Offer

Our interviews will be relaxed and informal in keeping with our culture. We expect you to attend interviews in whatever you would normally wear day-to-day and always be yourself. We will keep you fully informed and communicate with you promptly through every stage of the interview and our decision-making.
